Hi I'm Stephanie

I love photography and travel. I have three wonderful boys and a fantastic husband. I work in the medical field. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have three boys who I love so much! The oldest just started college. I have a wonderful husband who I love to travel with and we have been lucky enough to see many places around the world. London is one of my very favorite places to visit! We have been married for almost twenty years and I hope we have many more to come. I dabble in photography and love to look at the pictures as they come off of my memory card - you never know which ones are going to be absolutely fabulous! (not as many as I would like) I attended two years of college Majoring in Interpretation for the Deaf (ASL). I work full-time as a Chiropractic assistant and office manager. I am a Black Belt in TaeKwonDo and and a Green Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu.

Why I am a Mormon

While growing up, I had several friends whose parents were members of different churches and every Sunday they would alternate which church they attended. (I was Baptist) This made an impression on me that has lasted to this day. When I met my husband, he was a Mormon, but not active in his religion. We dated for two years before getting married. Not long after we were married, like most young couples, we decided it was time to start our family. We talked about my feelings of needing unity in our marriage and in our beliefs. We had gotten married in a non-denominational church, so until this time our differences in religion had not made much of an impact. I felt that it was really important for our children to be raised by parents who shared the same faith and belief system. Although my husband was not active in the Mormon faith since he was a teenager, he resisted my attempts to persuade him to join a non-denominational church. I didn't know it at the time, and I don't think that he realized it at the time, but he still carried with him a very strong testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I was so impressed that he was not willing to compromise his Faith, that I had to find out what it was about this church that kept him there after all these years. I invited the missionaries to our home, where they taught both of us about the

How I live my faith

I am very blessed to be able to teach the Sunbeam class (3-4 year olds) on Sundays. I love to help them feel the love of the Savior and teach them about His life. I also work with our Boy Scout Troop to help them keep track of their awards and advancements. We have 5 boys who will be receiving their Eagle Rank within the next week! I am a member of our ward choir and enjoying spending time with friends at practice and during performances. My husband and I participate in Temple trips and other service projects that are offered by our church or the community. Our family has participated in many Eagle Scout projects that have benefited local charities and other organizations.
