Hi I'm Kelli

I was born and raised in Arizona. I am a happily married mother of 6, one son and five girls. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been happily married for 21 yrs. I have a terrific son who is serving a full time mission in Milan Italy. I also have five fantastic girls. I am a outdoors kind of gal. I love to go camping and fishing. I support my husbands hunting habits by doing the butchering and processing of the animal he harvests.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that was only going to have one child. We were not members of any faith. When I was six my parents discovered the gospel and soon after they joined the LDS faith. My parents then realized that their purpose was to have a big family. So when I was seven they had my brother. We were sealed in the Mesa Temple when I was eight. I remember how peaceful and beautiful the temple was. As I grew up I kind of had to find my own testimony just like my parents were doing. I couldn't do it just because my parents were embarking on this journey. I needed to know for myself if I believed in it. When I was a junior in high school I had started down a path that was not in line with the teaching of the LDS faith. I hit a crossroads and had to decide what I really wanted. I had a very inspired Bishop who called me to be in seminary council for my senior year. That made all the difference for me. I learned so much and grew in many ways. It opened my eyes to true happiness. Then at the end of my senoir year I met the love of my life and was married in the Temple later that year. I know that if I didn't have this faith in my Savior I wouldn't have the success I have had. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true source of happiness. It is wonderful knowing that I will have my family for eternity. That I have a Savior who died for me and has set forth the atonement for me, who is not perfect, to be able to have hope in all things and to return to live with him again.

How I live my faith

Everyday I teach my children the importance of the Savior in their lives. That everything that you do is tied to their beliefs and who they are. That they are sons/daughters of a Heavenly Father who loves them and wants only the best for them. My calling is over the young women in our ward. I enjoy all of their sweet spirits they have and all that they teach me. They are definatley strong and valiant. I enjoy being with the youth and helping them in anyway. To give them the help to build their testimonies and to progress in this life the way their Savior would want them to do.
