Hi I'm Rochelle

I grew up in Mesa Arizona, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I Am a Mother of 3, Grandmother of 4 and expecting another soon. I love being a homemaker. Other hobbies I love are Art, Yoga, Cycling, Skiing, Hiking, Cooking, Home Decorating, Antique shopping. I work outside the home part time. I am a hair dresser.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a convert, inactive home, but was exposed to the Gospel in the home as a girl. I chose the path of inactivity until I met my inactive convert now husband. We both still believed in the Church but were not practicing at the time. As we contemplated a future together we believed a marriage and family based on Gospel principles would help us be most successful. We became active and remained active and have raised our children in the Church. I feel blessed to have the Gospel in my life and be a member of Christs restored Church on the earth today. To have a husband who honors his priesthood and sets a good example as a father is such a blessing. Growing up in a home without this strong leadership makes me so grateful for this. I do have a testimony of this Church and am so blessed to have membership in it. I have joy and comfort as I seek the spirit and live its teaching. Not that life is perfect, we have had many trials, but don't know where we'd be without the peace and knowledge the Gospel brings. We do have a loving Heavenly Father who hears and answers our prayers. He knows us, he loves each one of us, and cares about our destiny. The Savior has suffered every pain we could ever imagine. We will All be together with Him and the Father with our Families someday if we so live worthy of the blessings he has in store for each one of us. I have a testimony of the saving ordinances of the Temple, and believe the Temple is the house of God, where his spirit dwells and a place he teaches and instructs his children. The covenants and ordinances we make there are necessary for our eternal progression. I am grateful to be sealed to my eternal companion and my children and family members. This comforts me knowing we can be together forever in the eternities. If we are separated by death we will be together again. This is my testimony of the thing I know to be true. Amen

How I live my faith

I have had many callings in the Church. Presently my calling is a Teacher in the womens group. I love my calling and learn so much as I prepare to teach the women. I also am a visiting teacher. I love my calling as a vt as well. It give me an opportunity to get to know the other sisters and bring a message to them each month. I love to serve those around me, it always makes me happy.
