Hi I'm Autumn Kristine Whisler

I'm a Missionary & a Country Singer. I LOVE to exercise & play w/ my dogs. I want to make a difference in the world. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a country singer! I have tried out for various TV shows such as American Idol, The Voice,& Americas Got Talent, some of the most exciting experiences Ive had. I haven't made it to the CMAs yet but I will get there soon enough! I love to run, go swimming, pretty much anything outdoors, unless there are giant size bugs are involved & when my two puppies get to come it just makes it that much more fun! But probably one of my favorite things to do is hang out with my friends & my family, even if its just sitting around talking, watching a movie or going out on the town. I find that I am happiest & have the most fun when I surround myself with people whom I love and who love me back. I also want to make a difference in this world. I want to do great things with my life. I want to help the poor. I want start my own no kill dog shelter & help rescue dogs from all over the country. I want to give back to third world countries. I want to live my dreams & travel the world. I will do all of these things & more with time, patience and hard work. I love animals, especially my 2 puppies they are amazing! I also love horseback riding! I love to do so many things but there just isn't room, so to sum myself up in so many words, I am a selfless, loving, kind hearted, generous, fun girl, who is always making sure others are having a good time before myself, and I "Dance like nobody's watching, Love like I'll never get hurt, Sing like nobody's listening, and Live like its heaven on earth!"

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this religion, however, I left when I was 16. I felt as though I was forced into a religion by my parents & I didnt want anything to do with it. As soon as i graduated high school I moved out of my parents house & didn't even give a second thought to going back to church. Pretty soon I found myself going to parties w/my friends & drinking all the time, in relationships w/men who would make me feel horrible about myself & who treated me with 0 respect, kindness or even love. Year after year I would become more & more unhappy. Eventually I found myself in an abusive relationship, laid off & moving across the country 1500 miles away from home. It didnt come right away. I still had to go through A LOT of really hard trials before I came back. My mom told me one night that if I turned to my Heavenly Father he wouldnt let me fall any further than I had. That night my life changed. For the first time I got on my knees & prayed. I immediately felt peace & love from my Savior. I opened the Book of Mormon for the 1st time in my life & actually read it. I am so grateful that I chose to feel the spirit that night. Those two choices gave me my life back. I have seen so many blessings in my life as a result of this. I know that NOTHING in this world can bring greater happiness & peace to us than living the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is always there, I am never alone. I know he loves me. I know this is the true Church of Jesus Christ again on the earth, & you can know it to.

How I live my faith

I try to be an example to those around me. I love this gosepl. I know that without it my life is dark, even if it doesnt always seem that way & i try to share that with as many people as i can. I read my scriptures every single day. I pray as often as i can daily, that is very important. I wouldnt know my Heavenly Father if I didnt talk to him. I have never felt closer to him than i do now, because I seek to know him. I NEVER miss church. Yes it is 3 hours long, but its the best three hours of my week. Especially taking the sacrament, i can remember the sacrifices my Savior made for me and renew my promises with him. I can be clean again because I take the sacrament worthily. I always pay my tithing & have seen unlimited & great blessings from it. I ALWAYS try to do the right thing, even when its the hardest thing to do. I keep the word of wisdom, and live the law of chastity. I do my best to live the standards of the church and to live righteously, and I NEVER deny who I am or what I believe. I live my faith by sharing it, & leading by example. Everyone has the light of Christ in them, & as we draw closer to him our light shines brighter. We need to live like we believe, our actions always speak louder than our words ever will. "Live like you believe, live like you know, its one sure way your faith will grow. Listen to your heart search in your soul & youll find, the strength that you need, his light the gift of his peace if you live like you believe."
