Hi I'm Erin

I love to hunt, fish and camp, while wearing pink. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

How do I begin to describe myself? I can hunt, fish, camp, and hike then turn around and go shopping and be all girly in pink. The only sport is volleyball and I really miss competitive play. (I messed my knee up) I spend pretty much most of my time working as a Pharmacy Technician and love it, but I do find time to play. I love hanging out with my friends and just having a good time. I'm living proof that you can MASSIVELY mess up financially and through prayer, paying an honest tithe, and support from family and friends, you can overcome the huge weight of debt and come out on the otherside. My testimony of tithing has truly increased this year as I've relied on my Heavenly Father to help me get through the bad decisions I made.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Savior and am grateful for his atoning sacrifice and I don't want to do anything that would cause his sacrifice to be in vain. I feel joy, peace and happiness as I follow the gospel and keep the covenants that I made at baptism and in the temple. As I've struggled and had to rely on my Father in Heaven and my Savior I've grown tremendously and know my potential as a daughter of God. I know my Father lives, I know my Savior lives, I know the scriptures are true, I know that today we have a living prophet on this earth, Pres. Monson. I'm grateful to part of an eternal family and can't wait for the day when I can kneel at the alter in the temple and be sealed for time and eternity to my own family. The temple is truly the house of god and the eternal ordinaces that are performed inside the holy walls are vital to my eternal goals. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of god and I can't begin to thank him enough for his sacrifice to bring the gospel to this dispensation. For all he suffered and for all he endured, I'm grateful that I have the Book of Mormon and can live so comfortably in my faith as a Latter-Day Saint. I love this gospel. It just brings joy, and who doesn;t want to feel the love and peace that one gets when they are following our Savior?

How I live my faith

I get to interact with everyone in my singles branch because I am the Family Home Evening cordinator. It can be challenging at times when you are trying to get 30-40 singles to participate in an activity, but when everything you plan comes together and everyone is having fun, I love it.
