Hi I'm Tom

I'm a husband, father of 6 children, oral and maxillofacial surgeon, triathlete and a Mormon.

About Me

My wife (Kimberly ) and I have six children. I love to spend time with my family. Our favorite things to do are waterski, travel, scubadive, watch movies together and have Family Home Evening (each Monday night - we have a family activity). When I am not with my family, I am usually running, cycling or swimming. I enjoy running marathons and endurance triathlons.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints provides opportunities for me to serve people in my community and around the world. I also learn to follow the examples of Jesus Christ. The happiest times of my life are when I am obedient to the commandments of our Heavenly Father and serving others.

How I live my faith

I serve as an advisor to the Young Men in our congregation. We meet on Wednesday evenings for a weekly activity, scouting, sports or service projects. We also meet on Sundays for religious instruction. The Young Men with whom I work are great examples at church, in the community and at school. I do my best to live the commandments of our Heavenly Father and I look for opportunities to help people in need.
