Hi I'm Kolcie

I love to live life to the fullest! And, I'm a Mormon!

About Me

Right now I am trying to get by my crazy high school years! I am the type of person that just loves to be constantly busy and on the go. I participate in many sports and have worked many jobs. I love the feeling of helping somebody else out. If I can make at least one persons day better with even the simplest actions, then I know I have done something great! I didn't exactly have a childhood where I was raised in the Gospel. I knew about it but it wasn't really practiced in my home. When I was 14 I took the discussions and was baptized in this wonderful church! I love it!

Why I am a Mormon

I've chosen to become a Mormon because of the happiness it brings. I am always a happy person and am rarely sad or angry or whatever. But the general happiness I feel compared to the Gospel happiness I feel is much different. Life is just better when you add Christ to the equation! My family use to be active but slowly fell away. Now I am currently the only active member of my family and I'll admit that it's hard sometimes. Especially with all the temptations of being a teenager. When you're having troubles or questions about the Gospel, you can normally just turn to your family and they can help you, right? I don't exactly have that same opportunity but I make it all right with what I have. I know that since I don't have those same chances, the Lord has blessed me with people who can help me and who do care. I've had so many new people brought into my life because of this Gospel and I am so grateful for them!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example to others around me. At school I always try to be the person that has the reputation of being honest, loving, happy, and just a kind person to be around. I like to try and be an example to my family also. That hopefully my actions and feelings will help them want to come back to the church.
