Hi I'm Jason

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 36. I am the father of five children. Two of my children are special needs, and one of them has passed away. I am devoted to my family and love spending time with my children. I recently uprooted my family from their home of 11 years and went back to school. I finished my under-graduate degree in Utah. We then moved to half way across the to Minnesota for law school.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the fact that my family can be together forever. After burying my third child, the knowledge that Jesus Christ was resurrected and made it possible to see my daughter again, and the knowledge that it has been made possible to have my family be together forever, brought great peace. Easter is a special time for that reason. Our Savior was resurrected on Easter morning, and I look forward to the morning when I get see my daughter again.

How I live my faith

Being one of the few mormons at my school, I try to be like Paul of the New Testament, "Be ye an example of the believers." When many of my fellow students are going out drinking or are drinking coffee to keep the energy, they are curious why I don't do it. I get to explain my beliefs. It shocks many of them to know that I don't drink.
