Hi I'm Tydin

I run cross country and track, I'm a member of NHS, and an Eagle Scout and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Tydin and I am a high school student. I am deeply involved in scouting and enjoy running cross country and competing in track and field. I'm an eagle scout, a venture scout, an honors student, and the oldest of six children. I love to read, write, play basketball and enjoy the outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I was a born into a strong LDS family and I love it. I continue to follow the Gospel of Christ because I know that the church is true and the church has the power to bless my life and the life of my current and future family. I believe that being a Mormon is shaped the person that I am today and I don't know where I would be without it.

How I live my faith

I'm the youth leader for the boys 16-18 in my congregation. With my dad I also visit two families and make sure they don't need any help from me or the rest of the ward.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

The Lord has given us everything and all he asks is for 10% of our income to go to the building up of his church. I'm blessed when I pay my tithing and I know that even the smallest contributions move the work of the church forward. Show more Show less
