Hi I'm Karson

I belong in the saddle on a horse. I'm an FFA and 4-H Fanatic! I love the sun, V-Necks are the bomb! and I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hi! I'm Karson, I love the sport of Rodeo, my life revolves around horses and livestock. I enjoy being in the out doors riding horses, hiking, trial running and sun tanning. I love being on stage acting and dancing. I'm a life time sponsor of the FFA! I am always up for working hard and having some kind of an adventurous moment! I'm from the Woods Cross 12th ward and I'm a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but that don't mean that I just followed blindly. There comes a time in life that you have to stand alone and figure out for yourself what is right and what is true! I knew what my parents taught me but I didn't know if it was true...... so I knelt down and prayed and asked my Heavenly Father what was true! I received my answer, and I know with for a surety that this is Jesus Christ Gospel here upon the earth. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that the word of God is found in its pages. Simply...... Jesus Christ is the Savior and Redeemer of the world and so why would I not want to be a member of His church where the fullness of His Gospel is in place? I love my Savior Jesus Christ and I know that it is only through Him and His atonement that we can return to live with our Heavenly Father!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always striving to increase my faith and become more like my Savior Jesus Christ. I am always trying to learn more, always asking questions or reading up on something! Each week I attend Church, there I am able to partake of the sacrament which helps me to want to repent and change my life so I am living in closer harmony with the teaching of Christ. Right now I am a missionary in Spokane Washington, so I am able to focus 100% on living my faith and sharing it with others!

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Karson
NO! NO ONE IS REQUIRED TO SERVE A MISSION! A MISSION IS SIMPLY BY CHOICE! THE LORD HAS ASKED THAT ALL 19 YEAR OLD MEN THAT ARE ABLE TO SERVE SHOULD SERVE! WOMEN OR SISTERS ARE ALSO ABLE TO SERVE AT AGE 21. ELDER COUPLES ARE ABLE TO SERVE MISSIONS IF THEY SO CHOOSE AS WELL! MISSIONARY WORK IS A SERVICE THAT TAKES PLACE ALL AROUND THE WORLD. MISSIONARIRES SERVE FOR 18 TO 24 MONTHS! Show more Show less
