Hi I'm Suzanne

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I married my best friend, my husband & I love sharing life with him. I am a real estate broker. Born & raised in New Jersey. I attended Nursing School in Virginia & practiced nursing for over 30years. I was a ski instructor, a long distance cyclist. I now row & I love it! I am proud to say that I served in US Army Nurse Corp. - Reserve Component. I am a Veteran.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised Catholic & I attended 12 years of Catholic school. Catholic school required us to be respectful, disciplined, orderly, and punctual & to study, It took me time to fully appreciate my education. It has contributed & continues to contribute to my successes. I did not agree with the church on several points so as soon as I left home for my first year at college I stopped attending Mass. I did not stop believing in God. After I graduated from nursing school I moved to Washington State. Until then I did not know about “Mormons” nor had I ever met a Mormon. The first Mormon I met was a fellow ER nurse, I really enjoyed working with her & she had something I wanted. As time marched on I worked with & conducted business with numerous other Mormons & each one I met had something I wanted. Finally, I attended their church, the missionaries taught me & I was baptized in 2004. I am a Mormon because I found that “something”. It is the knowledge that Heavenly father loves & care about me & when I live according to His will & not mine I am blessed. None of us is immune from heartache, problems, fears, etc. however, the Gospel can & does give us strength to face challenges. Although, I could continue to tell you why I am a Mormon, It is best you ask yourself why you are drawn to know more about Mormons.

How I live my faith

By Action. It is important to study the scriptures & I do however, encouraging people of all ages is so very important so, I have made it a habit to give a simple & sincere compliment, a smile and or a hug to someone every day. This is not about me, it is about you. You do not need an invitation to attend our church services. May I suggest that you come to our services & make some new friends.
