Hi I'm Tony

I grew up on a small farm in Oregon, I'm a Structural Engineer, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a proud parent of two little children and my favorite part of the day is when I come home from work and they crawl all over me. I snowboard, golf, and work on projects around the house. I enjoy camping, swimming, running, and biking but my busy lifestyle doesn't allow too much of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was converted when I was 18 years old to the LDS Church though I've been a member since I was young. Logically the Church makes more sense than any other religion I've studied and spiritually it's the only thing that makes sense to my mind and heart. I love what the gospel teaches and how it affects my life as well as the life of my family. I've recieved answers to my prayers multiple times and I know with assurety that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the only true church and I know that Christ lives and loves us and I'm greatful for being able to feel his love in my life.

How I live my faith

I am blessed to be able to work with the young men in my Church. I serve them as a Boy Scout Leader and teach them on Sunday's many of the gospel principals. Some of these boys do not have fathers at home and I'm blessed to be a fatherly figure for them and have a positive impact on their lives. This position requires a lot of time with weekly meetings, campouts, service projects, and general preparation for each activity but the blessings that come from it far exceed the time spent.
