Hi I'm LaRee.

I am the mom of 10 children. I have 37 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. I live in Arizona and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love my husband of 57 years, our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I grew up with seven brothers and no sisters so I am especially close to my sisters-in-law. I love to sew, make quilts, work on puzzles and do Indexing.

Why I am a Mormon

For as long as I can remember I have had a testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel. I was born to Mormon parents and have always attended church with them. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true and look forward after this life to continue association with my family and loved ones who are so dear to me. I know the Book of Mormon is another Testament of Jesus Christ along with the Bible. We have a living Prophet on the earth today who gives us guidance and direction from our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I have been privileged to serve three missions with my husband after he retired from teaching youth and young adults in our Church Educational System. We now serve as Family History Consultants in our local congregatioh, helping people find their ancestors so they can do temple work for those who didn't have the opportunity to have those ordinances done while living. We attend the temple every week. I am a visiting teacher to two sisters in our Ward. I also do Indexing, which is copying information from vital records which are later put online so they are available for people who are looking for information about their ancestors.
