Hi I'm Lauren Brimhall

I'm a cook. I'm a laundress. I'm a errand-runner and I'm a comedian.. I'm a wife, a mother, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a full-time mom and wife. I'm also a stylist, and do that on occasion as well. I am enjoying life in Colorado and all it has to offer. I love to hike, bike, camp, anything outside! When it's cold out though, I like to just sit inside in my pj's and drink hot chocolate.. I grew up in Ohio, lived the majority of my life in Valley City and Medina. I miss it a lot, as my family and a lot of my friends are still there, but I still see them pretty often considering the circumstances, thank goodness! I lived in Mesa, Arizona for a couple years and ended up meeting my husband there. We moved after a while of being tortured by the heat.. We have family there as well that we miss too! It's nice to go back for visits among the palm trees and endless sun, though! We're loving our current home in Colorado. We love the mountains, trees, and beautiful weather. It makes a great place to enjoy ourselves!

Why I am a Mormon

I am so grateful for the church in my life. I was born into the church, but that doesn't mean I was instantly born with a testimony. I had to gain it through life's experiences up until this point. I have truly gained such an appreciation for this church. I have such a great testimony of Jesus' sacrifice for me. The church gives you such a wonderful understanding of why we are here and what happens when we die. It gives me such comfort to know of these great blessings of life. I love how our gospel focuses on the family. Family is so important, and I am thankful that we have the opportunity to live with them forever if we are faithful. I love being a Mormon, as it has blessed my life in every way.

How I live my faith

I am our particular church building's missionary. It's not a 2-year, name-tag and suit kind of missionary, but one who is to search and fellowship others who maybe interested in our church. I also am in charge of making sure the full-time missionaries in our church building have meals for that week.
