Hi I'm Stephanie!

I was born and raised in Arizona. I'm a hairstylist, a makeup artist, a cupcake caterer, and a graphic designer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

A little about me... I currently work as a hairstylist and makeup artist, and I also nanny for 3 adorable children 2 days a week. I went to school for graphic design and enjoy that as a hobby. I've enjoyed cooking even as a very young child, making up recipes and experimenting. While I was in cosmetology school I started creating and perfecting my cupcake recipes and flavors. I now started a cupcake catering company and love doing that as well! I love reading, especially biographies and books with a background in sociology. A hobby of mine is collecting old typewriters. I taught myself to repair them and fix them up, I really love taking anything old and used that someone else might see as ready for the dumpster, and giving it new life! I love to sew and paint. Anything with a creative edge to it catches my eye and my interest. I am single with no children, but love to spoil my niece and nephews! I come from a family of 8 and love them with everything I have!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised into the Mormon faith and I have spent my life studying the doctrine and praying for a confirmation of it's truth. I have received my answer many times that this is the one and only true gospel on this earth. I'm a Mormon because of the undeniable confirmation I have felt that my Heavenly Father loves me and knows that I am here. I have read and studied the Book of Mormon and know of it's truth, I know that the hands that prepared it through divine inspiration were guided by God. I know that the history and life of Joseph Smith are true accounts. I know that our living prophet on this earth was called of God. When there are so many undeniable truths that you see and feel, there is only one option and that is to live it!

How I live my faith

I love my faith, therefore I live it. I am a visiting teaching coordinator in my singles ward. This means that I organize and ensure that every month the women in our ward sit down and visit with the other women in our ward. We do our best to make sure everyone is being visited and knows that there is someone there for them. A friend to help them when they need it and to know that they can call on at any time. I am also the ward communication specialist. I text/email or call everyone in our ward when there is any type of activity or service project. This is so important in our singles ward because it really ensures that no one is left out! We are a family, and we want everyone to feel involved, know every opportunity to serve, and always know what fun is going on!
