Hi I'm Erin!!

I'm a Mormon. I am an architectural historian buff. I am a mother. I am a student. I am a ton of fun. I am silly. I laugh a lot.

About Me

I am a full time working, unmarried, student mother of two gorgeous little girls! I love art history in particularly architecture! I am going to school for interior design. I love to be outside! I love to laugh and I love being around people who laugh a lot. I am a positive thinker and have done a lot of soul searching and investigating into a lot of beliefs. I believe in positive thought and that you can make anything happen in your life. I believe in family, I couldn't ask for a better one! I am super girly, I love to shop, make up, having my hair done and I wear dresses 98% of the time, and not little house on the prarie dresses, like real cute real fun dresses.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up being a member but when I had a baby at 19 I fell away, and really I fell away even before that. I was rebellious, I have tattoos, Ive had my belly button pierced (still do), and just got into a lot of trouble. It took me a lot of years and tough experiences to see that the things I was doing were not really making me happy. I just knew in my heart how good church had made me feel before and my little girls had been going with my parents. I also watched one of my brother's serve a mission and both of my brother get married in the temple. I knew something was missing. I knew I wanted my kids to be with me forever. I want my family to be with me longer than just till death do us part. I prayed for a miracle one day after a lengthy debate with my brother about praying for things you want. I had been praying for a while and was given small answers, but I prayed for a smack me in the face, clear as mud :), answer to a prayer. In a day and a half I was given one. And knew with every fiber of my being that was it. I know it may not be the coolest to be religious, and I am my own kind of mormon, a greek mormon maybe, not like from greece but like it's greek to me. I know the church is true and the blessings that can come from it. We are not all wierd and most people are shocked to find out that I am a mormon, but I am proud to be one!

How I live my faith

I have been down a tough road and made some really crumby choices, but now I am focused on my family and getting my life in order. Marvelous things are about to happen and I want to be on a side I believe in, I live my faith but putting up this web profile! I am a mormon! I have strong people in my life and amazing examples and I am a super strong smart girl!
