Hi I'm Shaun.

I was born and raised in Mesa, AZ. Make commercials for TV. I love sports and my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have 3 wonderful kids and a beautiful wife. I really enjoy going on family vacations to Disneyland. My kids love it almost as much as I do. I love to cheer on my teams; the Suns, Diamondbacks, and Cardinals. My professional life includes one of my interests: Videography. In High School I loved making videos, and so that is what I do for a living. From weddings to commercials, I do it all. And of course I love to go to the movies when there is something worth seeing.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church. My family has always been consistent with going to church every week, as well as participating in church activities. I really gained a testimony that the church is true when I went on a mission to Buenos Aires, Argentina for 2 years. I had the opportunity to study the gospel a lot since I would be teaching it to others. Never before in my life had I read so many books about the church and prayed to ask God if the teachings were true. They are! I know there are other churches that do a lot of great things, but this church is the only one with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ. Many people hear about The Book of Mormon and immediately become closed minded because they think it is our Bible. We believe in the same Bible they do. We also believe that people in the Americas were also visited by Christ and prophesied of his life and work on the earth. The Book of Mormon is their account of it all. So wouldn't it make sense to read both the Bible, which is the writings of the prophets in the middle east as well as the Book of Mormon which is the writings of the prophets of the Americas? If you do, you'll see how they confirm that each other is telling the world the truth about Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

In my church I participate in many church activities. Our Ward has parties during holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, etc. And we love going to those and mingling with other people from our neighborhood. I get to visit 2 different families each month to share a spiritual message with them and find out how they are doing. My calling, or job at the Church is that I help the leader of the ward (Bishop) by making appointments for people to meet with him. He is constantly visiting with different members of the ward to find out how they are doing. Since there are a lot of them to visit with every week, I am his secretary.
