Hi I'm Corinne

I'm a Widow, a Mom to 5 children a Grandma to 9 children and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to cook, read, make quilts, and spend time with my family. I have 5 children, 9 grandchildren. We all live in the same city or close.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family and am very grateful to my parents for teaching me the gospel. However, everyone has to come to the conclusion for themselves if the church is true or not. I can say that I have done that. I do know beyond a shadow of a doubt that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints is the only true gospel on the earth today. In that I mean we have the fullness of the gospel. The church was restored by the Prophet Joseph Smith. We now have prophets and apostles, the same as when Jesus was on the earth. This is Jesus Christ's church. He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. We have the Book of Mormon which is another testament of Jesus Christ. It is a record of the ancient inhabitants of the Americas and contains, as does the Bible, the fullness of the everlasting gospel. I know that Jesus Christ atoned for our sins and was resurrected so we can also be resurrected. Knowing where I came from and where I am going is truly a comfort to me. The gospel brings me joy, peace, comfort and happiness. It is my world and I am privileged to be a part of it.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday. I read my scriptures and pray daily. I work with the 8-9 year old girls doing activities where they learn a skill. I try to be a good Christian by serving those in my community whenever I can and am able.
