Hi I'm Tamzon

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in Arizona all my life and absolutely love it! I recently got married and am SO EXCITED about this newest stage of my life. I am an avid reader and cook, and love to paint and draw as much as I can. I currently work full-time and spend nearly the rest of my waking hours with my sweet hubby!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because God has testified to me that this is His gospel and His true and living church. I've prayed to Him and asked how He would like me to live my life. He has answered, and continues to answer my prayers through the influence of His Spirit. His Spirit has given me a knowledge of His unchanging love for me. I know that He is pleased when I strive to keep His commandments. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer, and I will be forever grateful to Him for His sacrifice and example. I know the Atonement makes all things possible. It is the central reason for all that is good in my life. I know we are all children of God. He loves each one of us, and He wants more than anything for us to receive all that He has. He wants us to be happy. He wants us to come to know Him. He wants us to trust in Him. I know He has a plan for each of us, and as we put our faith in Him He will direct us, He will give us the knowledge and strength to overcome every obstacle or weakness that stands between us and Him.

How I live my faith

I strive to live my faith through small and simple things, like daily prayer and daily scripture study. I try my best to always be cheerful and friendly to others I work with and associate with. I appreciate the several opportunities I have to serve my family members, friends, and those in my ward. I currently am a ward organist and enjoy sharing that talent, as well as participating in ward choir. I also get to have Activity Days with the 9-11 year old girls where we teach them about important life skills, and also about the importance of living the gospel. Serving others brings my life so much joy, and makes me even more grateful for all that God has blessed me with. I also live my faith by attending the temple as often as I can. There I serve my ancestors and others now dead, extending to them the opportunity to accept the gospel by performing sacred ordinances in their behalf. Giving this service is also a great source of strength and peace in my life.
