Hi I'm Kendall

I love my wife, my kids, my sports, and most importantly, my Savior. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love spending time with my family, they are the most important thing I have. When I'm not wrestling with my daughters, I'm either watching or playing sports. I love basketball, football, baseball, soccer, etc. I am a rarity, I'm a native Arizonan! There aren't many us left, most of us have wilted away from the heat! I love to read, I love video games, and I just enjoy spending quality time with friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of the church, but decided I wanted my own testimony of the gospel. I had friends who were both mormon and non-mormon, and I felt if I was going to say I was LDS, I wanted to believe for myself. As I attended church meetings, read scriptures, and prayed to my Heavenly Father, I always felt warmth and comfort inside. I always felt good inside, and always felt that I had a Heavenly Father who loved me, and that Jesus Christ came to this earth and died for me. I had the opportunity to serve a 2 year mission for the church, and I was able to see the change that the light of Christ has in people, as well as myself. My knowledge and testimony is strengthened on a daily basis as I read the scriptures, and try to involve my Heavenly Father in all things. Our Heavenly Father knows we are not perfect, but he still loves us, and wants to be involved in our lives as much as possible. We just have to make the effort to turn to him, and keep his commandments. I know that our lives are deeply blessed and that we are all children of God.

How I live my faith

In my local area, I have the opportunity to work with the men and families of our church. As a group, we take care of each other, we look out for one another, and we are a support group for one another. We play sports together, we do activities together with our families. We also participate in service opportunities. We volunteer in our community, and try to teach that sense of community to our families.
