Hi I'm Nyle

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born on farm and grew up working at all the farming jobs that was necessary. I graduated from college and majored in Business. I spent my career in the Insurance business doing financial and Estate planning. I had a heart attack and by-pass surgery when I was 48. Then about 9 years later had a pretty major stroke so I haven't worked for 19 years now. I was very blessed because since then My wife & I have served 4 missions for our Church. We work in the Seattle Temple 2 days a week and the rest of the time we work on our place. We have a big yard and garden and 11 grandchildren plus 3 great grandchildren. They all live in the area so we do a lot of things together. When I was recovering from the stroke I worked on a Country Music Album with my son and his friend. I wrote most of the lyrics and they did the music. We ended up going to Nashville and my son performed in the Wild Horse Saloon. The music activity worked out to be my therapy and it was a ton of fun.

Why I am a Mormon

Even though I was born into the Church I have gained my own personal testimony of It's truthfulness. This came as a result of study, prayer, and the blessing of teaching the "Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ" to 100's of people. To see the change that takes place in a person, when they live and embrace the Gospel, is truly a miracle. I have now been set apart to Seal Couples & Families together for Eternity. This is a very humbling and wonderful experience, This is what Christ was talking to Peter about when He said, he would have the power to bind on earth and it would be bound in Heaven. True happiness is found in the True Church and as we live the commandments Great Blessings come.

How I live my faith

We live our faith by being active in the Church and by following the council and teachings of the Apostles and Prophets who stand at the head of the Church. Of Course Jesus Christ is the "Chief Cornerstone". So...We pray, attend church, study the scriptures, spend time with the family, and try to be of service to friends and neighbors in whatever way we can.
