Hi I'm Tami

I'm a wife and a mother of five; a manager of chaos. I love to cook and eat dessert, read, run, and play any sport. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town. Because of my upbringing I was able to try many things in my growing up years. I have many loves because of those opportunities. I love to read, cook, eat, dance, sing, play sports, run, hike, and volunteer. I married well, and have a beautiful family. After many years working hard to earn a Bachelors degree in Business, I now spend my time taking care of my children and managing our home. My greatest interest now, is giving my children the same life shaping experiences I had growing up. Forming well rounded, community building children is my job/my goal.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the L.D.S church but that is not why I am a Mormon. I am a Mormon, because it makes my life better. It gives my life a focus, and boundaries. Being a Mormon helps me to achieve peace in my life and in my home, through having a personal relationship with my Savior Jesus Christ. Mormonism gives me a platform to help mold my children’s lives. The Mormon faith is family focused. It teaches values and principles that unite the family and build moral character. I am a Mormon because it is a Christian way of life that brings me joy and fulfillment.

How I live my faith

I try to do my best to treat others with kindness daily. I try to remember and follow Jesus Christ in all my actions. I belong to one of the largest women's relief organizations in the world, giving to the poor and needy ( at home or abroad) being a prime focus. I am involved with the Cub Scout program, helping build young boys into young men. I love working with our youth program that teaches the young people of today to look outwardly. I volunteer at my children’s school bringing my positive attitude to infect the students I encounter. I am a "soccer mom", with almost four boys, sports are prevalent in our home. Helping support all of the sports teams in our area brings enjoyment to me and to my family. I live my faith through day to day action that builds and supports my home, community, and others around me.
