Hi I'm Sonia

I'm a wife, a mother raising five children, I love my life and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've always dreamed of being a wife and mother, but never realized how fulfilling it would really be. I've been taught the importance of being in the home and have worked hard and sacrificed much to make it happen. I use every ounce of my education in raising my children. I'm a teacher, nurse, chef, counselor, entertainer, house cleaner, laundromat, chauffeur, cheerleader, decorator, seamstress, handyman, organizer, party planner & plumber! My dreams have come true and them some. In my spare time I enjoy music, singing, decorating, crafting and spending time with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because my heart tells me that I have a Father in Heaven who watches over me and that my life has a purpose. I grew up a member of the church, but as a youth realized that to live a committed life I needed to know and believe in the restored gospel of Jesus Christ for myself. I have prayerfully studied the teachings of Jesus Christ and practice the principles He teaches. As I do this the Holy Ghost confirms to my heart that this is right and the only way to live. I face challenges every day in my life. Raising kids is hard work, but with faith and guidance from God I find great blessings, peace and complete happiness!

How I live my faith

My faith is my life, so everything I do revolves around trying to live as Jesus Christ would. I try to do my best every day by being an active member of my church and community. My greatest effort goes to living the principles taught by Jesus Christ and in raising my family. I give service to our church as the communications specialist of our area and am also the music chairperson. I am a member of our women's organization and we care for and strengthen one another, serve in the community and give compassionate service to those in need.
