Hi I'm Jordan

I glory in plainness, I glory in truth, I glory in my Jesus for He hath redeemed my soul from hell. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently returned from serving in the California Roseville Mission. I play video games, bass clarinet, and soccer. I love life and my Savior. I have been a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I grew up in Layton, Utah. I am the youngest of five children. I am an Eagle Scout.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because it is true. I was blessed enough to be born into the church and have come to know for myself that it is true. I have not seen angels, I have not found archaeological proof, but by whisperings of the Holy Ghost have I come to know that God is my Heavenly Father, Jesus is the Christ, and His Church has been restored to the earth through a living prophet. I can consider my testimony as a jaw-breaker. Layer upon layer, experience by experience, my knowledge of the truthfulness and simpleness of the Gospel of Christ has grown. The more layers there are, the more delicious it becomes.

How I live my faith

A vital part of living my faith is found in the definition of the word. Faith inspires action; it is not something passive. Action comes in the form of prayer, scripture study, church attendance, etc. I do these things believing that God will bless me for my obedience to His commandments. I do these things because I want to make my Father happy. In consequence it makes myself happy.
