Hi I'm Ken

I was a military brat, born in Germany. I started a second career in healthcare at 29. I love classic mustangs. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up a military brat, living all over the country until my parents divorced when I was 9. My mom remarried to the most wonderful stepdad ever two years later. I began a career in computers in my early twenties, but after only a few years, I was layed off as operations were moved to China. During that time, my stepdad passed away and I moved my disabled mother in with me. After getting layed off, I decided to get into something a little bit harder to export, and chose a second career in healthcare. While in school for Respiratory Therapy, I met my wife at a friend's wedding. My name is Ken. I care for my disabled mother. I am a Respiratory Therapist. I am a husband. I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because, to be honest, I was born into a Mormon Family. I am still a Mormon today because I can see how it helps me in life. Being a Mormon is more than just a belief, or a lifestyle. It is trying to be the kind of person that I know God would want me to be. I am a Mormon because that is who I have chosen to be.

How I live my faith

I have spent time serving several ways in the Church. I have taught childern, managed records, and helped to organize activities. Currently, I helpt to organize the semi-annual blood drive.
