Hi I'm Clark

I was born in Alberta, Canada but was raised mostly in the state of Washington. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a retired floor layer who enjoys traveling and the outdoors. I have 3 grown children, 2 sons and 1 daughter, and I have 5 granddaughters and 1 grandson. I am married to my sweetheart who introduced me to the Mormon Church.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been fascinated with how members of the Mormon Church lived their lives, especially with regards to how important family is. I met and then dated an LDS woman who convinced me to take the missonary lessons. Shortly after beginning the Missionary lessons, I fell and suffered a severe head injury in which the doctors believed that I would never recover from and that I would have to be institutionalized for the remainder of my life. However, the gentleman who was one of the Ward Missionaries at the time of my injury gave me several priesthood blessings in which I was promised that the doctors would find out why I was having difficulty in recovering from this injury. All this while, the young lady who convinced me to take the Missionary lessons stood by my side and I did recover and 11 months later I was baptized into the Mormon Church...the day after she and I were married. We have since been to the temple to be sealed. I know without a doubt, as I am living proof, that the Gospel of our Savior has been restored upon the earth and that the power of the priesthood is real.

How I live my faith

I begin and end each day with prayer. I also study the scriptures on a daily basis. I love to do my Hometeaching each month. Most importantly, I love to be of service to others. I firmly believe that as I help others, I am in the service of my Savior.
