Hi I'm Elizabeth

I'm a Mormon, a wife and mother of four and have been a Chicagoan, San Franciscan, Utahan, Texan and currently I am a Coloradan.

About Me

I love to be active. I am happiest when I am being active with my family. I am a mother of four and married to my best friend. Our family loves to ski together. At night after we ski we love to play games and joke around. I love to run and bike. I have completed three triathlons. I have a passion for scuba diving. I love to cook and read cookbooks. I love to read and discuss books. I am a want to be pianist. I am an amateur photographer, that loves to catch my kids activities on camera. Our family loves to travel and discover new places together. I have lived in five states, six US cities and two foreign countries.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon brings me peace and happiness. This religion defines my life. The gospel of Jesus Christ brings me clarity. I choose each day to be a Mormon and live this religion to the best of my ability. I grew up a Mormon, but I am a Mormon out of personal choice, every day.

How I live my faith

I seek to help and serve others. I volunteer at school, church, the community and in the world I live. I am constantly on the look out for ways to better the world and community in which I live. This gospel has taught me that when I am in the service of others I will be happy, this is a truth that constantly resonates within my soul. I try to be compassionate. I read the scriptures. I attend church. I fast once a month and donate the money I would have spent to the poor and needy, through the church. I teach my children gospel principals. I try to look for the good in others. I try not to judge. I attend our temple. I pray alone, with my spouse and with my family. I am the President of our Woman's organization. I seek to know the will of my Heavenly Father in all things.
