Hi I'm Brian Williams

I love to work hard and have fun with my family and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wonderful wife and I have five great children. I spent the first twelve years of our marriage in the telecommunications industry and the last eight years I have been in healthcare administration. My employment in these industries have provided my family the opportunity to relocate a number of times. These moves have provided a number of experiences that we would not have had had we not taken the opportunity to move. I find great joy in living life and my greatest joy is in my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I had the opportunity to join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at the age of eleven. It was not until after my parents separated in my late teens that I truly became converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ. I had to take the time for myself to study and pray to know if the church was true in a time that my life was in total chaos. I do not remember the moment in which I knew the church was true, it was like growing a plant as I studied and prayed I just knew by the spirit the church was true. Here I am 20 plus years later and I can clearly look back and see how I have truly found joy in my life.

How I live my faith

I believe the best way we can live our faith is to do our best to be our best. We all have faults but we must accept one another for who we are and do our best to leave one another a little better than how we found them. More often than not this means being a true friend, taking time to listen and serve one another. Many people want to preach a good sermon in hopes to help others change their lives, but in reality it is the service we provide to all that really changes our life and the lives of those we are around.

What blessings can you receive from reading the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and other scriptures?

Brian Williams
As I have studied the scriptures I have found myself pondering my relationship with my Father in Heaven and my Savior Jesus Christ. The scriptures inspire me to be a better person and as I read the scriptures I find myself more sensitive to the promptings of the Holy Ghost and greater strength to be a better person.
