Hi I'm Christine

I'm a Mormon which means I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I am 81 years old, married, and the mother of 7 children. I am a college graduate, having a BS in elementary education with a minor in music. I have done some school and piano teaching, but my main focus has been on family and my religion. I love listening to good music, participating in small choirs, and playing piano for church meetings. I also enjoy gardening with my husband and reading and learning. I was born to parents who were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, as were their parents.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with the believe that this is the only true church, that it is Christ's original church organization restored again to the earth through Joseph Smith and is led by living prophets and apostles. By receiving certain ordinances and making certain covenants, I can progress and receive many choice blessings now and in the hereafter.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by accepting and fulfilling callings given to me by those who have priesthood authority, and by trying to keep the Lord's commandments. Because of my membership I have a way of life that is fulfilling and gives me peace and joy as I serve the Lord. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the Lord Jesus Christ's church.
