Hi I'm Court

I'm a native of Arizona, yes it's a dry heat! I am a husband, a father, a real estate appraiser and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I have been married 10 years. We have four boys and yes we are a little crazy. There is never a dull moment at our house and we wouldn't want it any other way. I love to travel and spend time out doors. I am a scuba diver and my passion is photography. When my kids tire of being in front of the camera I love capturing the beautiful world we live in.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church by loving parents. It has been said that happiness in family life is most likely to be achieved when founded on the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. I know this is true. I know that we have an Eternal Father in heaven who loves us and knows us individually. I know that he wants us to be happy and to grow in this life. Our family passed through some difficult trials recently and as we sought for guidance from our Father in Heaven. Through prayer, we felt an assurance that he was aware of us on a very intimate level. I know that he has prepared a way for us to return to live with him. At the center of that plan, is His son Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. It is through him that we can be forgiven of our sins and overcome our weaknesses. This knowledge gives me peace and hope in a troubled world.

How I live my faith

We are taught that we should look to the Savior as an example of how to live our lives. Obviously I am far from perfect but I do strive to follow his example. I was taught by my parents to give service to others. I have had the opportunity to serve in the church as a teacher to the youth, as a cub-scout leader, as a missionary. I have participated in many service projects for individuals as well as community projects. There is joy that comes from serving others. I strive to serve my family and work at providing a home where principles such as prayer, faith, repentance, forgiveness, love and respect are taught.
