Hi I'm Erin

I'm a Navy wife. I have 3 great children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have three elementary school-aged children. I love being with them and seeing how they are growing into unique individuals. I love to sing and I adore musical theater. I went to college with high aspirations of the Broadway stage, I had an opportunity to fall in love and get married, so I seized that aspiration first! The Broadway stage is put hold for now, but I will always love the drama and music it shares.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I can't see any other way to live and be happy. The gospel of Jesus Christ has helped me to know who I truly am, a daughter of God. Refraining from addictive substances and harmful activities keep me free from consequences that I will never have to face. I am so grateful to have standards to follow and I'm so grateful that I've chosen to follow them throughout my life. Everyone makes mistakes now and then, but the Atonement makes it possible to repent and be clean once again. As I've gotten older, being a Mormon is easier to do. I know what I should be doing and the temptations to do something else are not really temptations at all.

How I live my faith

At church, I work with the 14 and 15 year old girls. We have lessons on Sundays, youth group activities on Tuesdays, Dances once a month, seasonal sports and conferences. It's a great place to serve at church. I love working with the girls and watching them live their faith as well. I have served in many different capacities at church and it helps me grow and learn and want to keep striving to do better.
