Hi I'm Jeannie

I'm a Mormon and I grew up in Arizona.

About Me

I grew up in Safford Arizona left when I graduated high school for California and married shortly after. I have worked in a health club, health food stores and the food service business in sales for years. In my 20's I decided I wanted to learn photography so I read and studied about it for a year or so brought a camera and shot my first wedding for a friend. I have now been a photographer for 33 years in the Mesa area and shot many wedding and family photos over the years. I am in my second marriage for 12 years now have one son and 3 step daughters my husband is a wonderful man who lives the gospel and we have been sealed in the Temple. I serve in the Temple one day a week for 3 hours and love the Temple.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born knowing of the gospel through my mother who was a member my father was not. I went to church with my mom and sisters growing up. I went away from the church for awhile when I graduated but came back when my son was born because I wanted him to grow up with God in his life and the gospel principles. I love the gospel because it keeps me doing what is right and I know its teachings are true through personal revelation. It is not a easy religion to live but the blessings and promises from God are well worth it.

How I live my faith

I have served in many church callings over the years I now serve in the Temple one day a week for 3 hours and hope to do more in the future. The Temple is a peaceful place and I feel close to my Heavenly Father when I am there and love the people I serve with. I don't know what I would do without the gospel in my life it brings completeness to my life and answers life's question and lets me know there is life after death and it was and still is my home after this life with my family continuing on through eternity.
