Hi I'm Elaine

I'm a wife, a mother of special needs children and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 5 children, two of them are Autistic, and 2 are adopted from Ethiopia. I enjoy doing Family History work and Indexing. I like to ride my bike, take walks and hikes and workout at the gym. I have found hope and healing through the LDS Addiction Recovery Program. I graduated from BYU in Statistics and Computer Science and have worked as a Software Developer and a College Instructor.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church but I made the decision on my own to continue in the faith. This church has given me the tools to develop a deep relationship with God in which I am blessed and guided and supported through my trials. Having the Lord's Spirit with me always (if I am worthy) makes my life amazing. I am filled with peace and joy even when life is hard.

How I live my faith

I pray and read the scriptures every day, seek to know the Lord's will, and try my best to do it. I look forward to attending church every week where I can be strengthened and also serve others. My current assignment is to teach the 7 year olds.
