Hi I'm Chrissy

I am a wife and a mother of 4. I love horses and working with children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in the LDS church. I am one of five children but only two are active LDS along with my parents. I come from a close extended family of many religions. One of my greatest growing experiences was when I lost my older brother in a car accident in 2002, through that experience my family has grown closer despite our differences. I have many hobbies most of which involve the outdoors. I am a licensed day care provider and enjoy learning how to teach children and how to help them grow through life!

Why I am a Mormon

When I was a teenager my parents supported me in trying to find a faith that I thought was Gods true church. I am Mormon because this is the one and only true church. The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints gave me the most clear and direct answers. I know that God is my father and that he wants me to know him like he knows me, he is not complicated. He give clear and simple truths through his son Jesus Christ. This church is Jesus Christ's full gospel on the earth just like it was when Christ set it up in the Bible. I 'm a Mormon because I want to live with my father in heaven again, and live with my family for the eternity. God and Jesus Christ have a plain for us as a family to be sealed for time and all eternity. I know that family's don't end at death, that I will see my brother again and that we will live as a family for ever. Christ through his Gospel has given me this if I follow him and keep the commandments.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by serving in The Boy Scouts of America, working with the young boys on being honest, and to serve others. I also am a visiting teacher, and enjoy helping women in the church. I also enjoy organizing service projects for different needs in the community. I love working with people and serving the needs in my community.
