Hi I'm Lani

I love my family. I am a wife and mother to two girls. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love family and enjoy spending all of my free time with them. I have a wonderful husband and two little girls. I enjoyed growing up in a large family and continue to enjoy it. I am the last of ten children. I love family parties and get togethers. I went to school to be a Radiologic Technologist. At this time in my life, I feel fortunate to be able to be a stay at home mom. I also get to enjoy taking care of other kids while their parents are at work. My daughter especially loves these kids to come over to play. I do love working as a radiographer and plan to return to that profession when my children are in school. This time when my children are small is so special to me and I don't want to miss a thing.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always enjoyed living the gospel and going to church. It seems as early as I can remember I had great faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I have seen my faith grow as I have gained more knowledge and had more experiences. The Holy Ghost continues to bear witness to me, time after time, that this gospel is true. I enjoy the presence of the Holy Ghost. I try to avoid anything that is offensive to the spirit, so it can be with me always. I have learned that I am happiest when I avoid anything unpleasant and I strive to find things in life that are uplifting.

How I live my faith

I try to do my best in my church callings and try to help others in their callings when needed. I love reading and studying the scriptures, church books, and talks by the latter day prophets. I just love increasing my knowledge of the gospel and being spiritually uplifted. I also enjoy teaching my children about the gospel. I try to be a good example, which can come naturally when living the gospel standards. I am always trying to be a better person and become more like my Savior Jesus Christ.
