Hi I'm BreeAnna

I am a stay at home of 2 1/2 and a wife of one. I love to cook and craft anything and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Idaho where my family lived in a 100 year old house. I learned some of my best life skills and traits from growing up in humble circumstances. When I graduated high school I moved to a bigger town in Idaho to attend college then backed out. But there was a reason for the move...This is where I met my future husband Dillon. He later left me to serve a 2 year mission in Massachusets, then came home and we were married 5 months later. Since then I put him through a BS degree in Accounting and Business all the while having our first child, a handsome little boy. We interned in Colorado and then got the job after! Since we have moved back, we have bought our first home and had our second child a beautiful little girl. The next part of life for me is having my third child, gender to be determined, and learning how to take care of my family and take care of myself. I LOVE to read a good book, sew, craft something cute, cook and bake, garden and go camping and hiking. Pretty typical I guess but just a few things that make me who I am today. I look forward to what my future holds and what my Heavenly Father wants/needs me to learn.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and feel this to be my greatest blessing. I was baptized at 8 and lived the gospel every day the best I knew how. It wasn't until I was about 17 that I started to gain my own true testimony and conviction of this church. I knew things needed to change in my life and the best way I knew how was to read my scriptures. I started reading. I prayed about what I was reading and the feelings I was having. I had such a warm peaceful feeling that at that point I knew without a doubt that this church I had been raised in was in fact the one true church of Christ. I'm not saying it has been easy since but I have always tried to be true to that feeling I had that day. Being a member of His gospel gives me a sense of direction and peace that I rely upon every day. I love knowing where I came from and where I am going. I love learning His plan and direction for me every day. I love learning of the potential that is in me and the love my Savior has for me. I love having my kids and knowing where they came from also. It helps every day in this journey I call parenthood. Overall I guess I love the security I feel knowing my Savior and knowing His gospel.

How I live my faith

I try my hardest to live my faith every day through my example. I am still learning how to master this trait. Still not perfect by all means but I am learning. The more I learn how to be a good example the more I learn about myself. Also the more I learn about my faith and my Heavenly Father. I love serving in my church by putting together "parties" or get-togethers for the women in my congregation. It is so fun to see what ideas we come up with to bring us all closer and make better friendships. I also serve by visiting just a couple of women to provide friendship and support. I love this opportunity because I get to know people I otherwise would not have or make the opportunity to. I also live my faith by teaching my children of their Savior and Heavenly Father. I am constantly amazed how I am supposed to be the teacher but through my beautiful children I learn that I am truly the student. What a great blessing children are in the lives of adults!
