Hi I'm Brook

My husband and I are foster parents. I get an opportunity to share my love for Jesus Christ. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am so blessed to be a stay at home mother. My husband and I have been foster parents for 6 years now. We have one son and one adopted daughter. I know she was meant to be a part of our family from the moment she came to us at five days old. Our family loves camping, fishing, going to the movies and spending time with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I want to be apart of Jesus Christ's Church. I believe in modern day revelation. I believe that we have a Prophet and Apostles on this Earth now. I believe that the Bible and Book of Mormon are a gift that help me know why I'm here and where and what I'm supposed to do while here. I'm so blessed to have this knowledge and I'm so blessed to know who my Lord and Savior is.

How I live my faith

I'm so blessed to work with the young women of our church. I get to share wonderful lessons with them helping them stay honest, chaste and learning to rely on Lord in all things. I'm a Visiting Teacher, which means I get to share a lesson, become friends with wonderful Ladies in my Church. I can offer them friendship, love, service or anything that they might be needing. Being a visiting Teacher to me is a true calling of the Savior's Work.
