Hi I'm Jason

I have been married 20 years and my family and I have moved 14 times for my work. I travel the world for my job! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married 20 years to a wonderful women and have 5 great kids. I love college football, especially the Texas Longhorns! and the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes where my son plays football. I enjoy supporting my kids in all their activities, and working in my yard. I am the Director of Sales and Marketing for a major manufactoring company in the petroleum industry. My job gives me the oppertunity to travel the world. HOOKEM' HORNS and "GO YOTES"

Why I am a Mormon

While I was raised as a member of the Church, I don't feel that I was truly converted until much later in my life. Unfortunately I am the type of person that has to go through a lot of trials on my own before I realize I can lean on my Heavenly Father for guideness, which may have lead me to truly accept the Gospel in my life later than it should have. The older I get, the more I am truly grateful for the Gospel. I am grateful for the knowledge that I am a son of our Heavenly Father and that through our Savior I can overcome all of my imperfections, earthly trials, and challenges. I know that as I continue to strive to live the principles of the Gospel that my family and I will be together forever. The promise of eternal families is the greatest blessing and comfort in my life.

How I live my faith

The way I live my faith is the same regardless of if I am at church, with friends or at work. I read my scriptures, say my prayers, have family home evening, take care of my responsibilities at church and with my family, and serve others. Each month my oldest son and I have the opportunity to visit 4 families that we have stewardship over. We share a spiritual message with them and make sure their needs are being met. I have the ability to support our scouting program buy supporting my sons with their merit badges and going on campouts. My oldest son just received his Eagle award! I also support my wife and daughters in all their church activites and callings. My wife and I try and go to the Temple once a month. We try and live the commandments, but if we slip and fall we know we can repent. We just try to better ourselves each day.
