Hi I'm Richard

I grew up in Fort Morgan. I am and electrician and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I own and Electrical contracting business. I love to water ski. I am married and have four boys that mean the world to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I have prayed about it and received answers to my prayers. I have no doubt that God lives and Jesus of Nazareth is the Christ.

How I live my faith

I have worked with the young men in my area a lot with scouting and faith promoting activities. It is a wonderful thing to see them grow and gain faith in their Savior.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Richard
Yes. Mormons love the Holy Bible. We see it as a powerful, important, and sacred holy record which serves as the bedrock of all Christianity. The Bible is rich in history, doctrine, sermons and testimonies, all of which witness that Jesus Christ is the Divine Son of our Heavenly Father. The Bible is the word of God and came from the writings of holy men of God as they were moved upon by the Holy Ghost (see 2 Peter 1:20-21). Through the same process we have additional Holy Scripture, including the Book of Mormon, which supports and exalts the Bible. Show more Show less
