Hi I'm Brian

I've lived on three continents. I'm a father of four boys. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a very engaged parent of four boys. When I'm not exploring the woods with them, coaching their sports teams, or playing sardines I enjoy training for triathlons or occasionally kicking a soccer ball around or shooting hoops. In my spare time I'm a marketing manager at a semiconductor company which gives me the opportunity to travel around the world and meet all kinds of people.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon quite simply because it brings happiness to my family and I. I've found that the doctrines and principles taught by the Church, when applied to my life, help us live in harmony with each other, give us hope for the future, and assist us in maneuvering through the common challenges of life. We learn what we must do in this life to be able to live eternally with our Father in Heaven as a family.

How I live my faith

I've lived in five different states and three different countries and in each place I've found a local congregation of Mormons that has provided an instant community of friends. In my current congregation I strive to reach out to others so that I can be of support to others. Each member of our congregation receives a "calling" or responsibility. My responsibility at the moment is to look after the men in the ward. In this role I get to organize a Sunday study class for men and an outreach program. My favorite part is that I get to plan monthly activities which give the men a chance to hang out together.
