Hi I'm Cathy

I am a wife and mom who loves to read, cook, bake, scrapbook, sew, and take pictures. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Like I said, I am a wife to an amazing man, a mother to four of the best looking and incredible kids. I love to cook, bake, sew, scrapbook, read, and take lots and lots of pictures. I love going on trips with my family and especially going to family reunions with our extended families. I love playing games with my kids and husband too.

Why I am a Mormon

I know without a shadow of a doubt that this church is true.....it burns deep inside of my soul. I cannot think of what life would be like without the gospel in my life or the peace and direction it brings to me. I am so thankful for the temples and the opportunity we have to go there to help our ancestors recieve the gospel and just the quiet and peace from being inside. I know that we have a living prophet on the earth who helps keep us going in the right direction in life. I am thankful for the scriptures and for their stories to help me get through the tough times and recieve answers to questions I am having. I am thankful that I have a ward family to turn to when I need any type of help or service. I am thankful for the priesthood in my home and the comfort it brings me. I am so glad I choose to be a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I love giving service in my ward. I am the nursery chorister right now and I love singing and interacting with all the little children. They are so fun and full of life at such a young age. It is challenging but sooo rewarding to see them every week and get hugs and love from them. I am also a visiting teacher. I have the most amazing woman as my partner. We visit two women who we get to chat and learn and become better friends with each month. It is such a blessing and I look forward to it every month. We laugh and cry and just share our stories of life with each other and are there for each other. I absolutely love the visiting teaching program!
