Hi I'm LeAnn

I'm a mother of three kids and a wife of 17 years. I love to read and I enjoy ANY kind of thrill ride! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being creative! I make and sell my own handbeaded jewelry and love the outlet it gives me. I also really enjoy taking pictures and scrapbooking, hosting parties and being together with family and friends. I am happily married to the love of my life, Todd. We enjoy all the ups and downs (OK the ups more than the downs) of raising three beautiful children. A highlight for me is to watch their sports games, musical performances or attend their school exhibitions. I love to have adventures. One year for mother's day my husband gave me the gift of sky diving, it was one of the most amazing experiences! To see the curve of the earth and the beauty that our Heavenly Father has given to us. I am really up for any kind of thrill ride or adventure, I hope it will keep me young. A goal of mine is to visit every state in the US and at least every continent in the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in an active Mormon family with wonderful parents who served and lived the gospel. But I am a Mormon because I believe Christ came to this earth. I believe that His earthly life is an example for us in the way we should live. I believe that He was crusified so that we will some day live again in the presents of our Heavenly Father. I believe that the Book of Mormon was translated by a teen age boy, Joseph Smith. I have read this book and prayed to know for myself that it is true and I have received that confirmation. I believe that we have a living prophet on the earth today. And I believe that our Savior will come again! This is why I'm a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I try to live my life in the best way possible. To show kindness to those around me, whether it is at work, in the grocery store or driving, we are all children of God and should be treated that way. I have very high standards, I don't swear or take the Lord's name in vain, I don't drink any alcohol or smoke, I dress modestly and believe that you should be married before you have sex, not because these are rules but because I choose this way to live my life. I have served for years with youth, working with cub scouts or with young women, volunteering in my children's school classrooms, PTA, Book Fairs, Fundraisers the list goes on. I hope that those I come in contact with will see and know that I live what I believe and believe what I live. It is very important to me to be an example to my own children as well.
