Hi I'm Caroline

I grew up as Air Force Brat and later became an Army Wife. I am a Mom of three brillant and AMAZING kids and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I married the love of my life and my best friend.  I am a mom of three wonderful kids, two biological and one adopted. My husband and I just adopted a beautiful little boy this year! I enjoy being involved at my kids school where I volunteer and serve on the Board with the local PTO. I love to sing, go bowling, play board games, laugh A LOT, travel, and share my passion of essential oils and how they help with my Rheumatiod Arthritis. I grew up in the Air Force but really didn't travel internationally until marrying into the Army where we were blessed to live in Germany for a few years. Civial life has been a big change but a wonderful one. I am well acquainted with blended families as my parents are divorced and now are remarried to spouses who have kids from previous marriages. We have a SUPER friendly dog who has a lot of energy but is extremely loyal and sweet.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church. My father converted to the gospel when he was in High School. On my mother's side, they have been members of the church for generations. My true conversion was when I was fifteen. My parents were going through a nasty divorce. It was that point in my life when I needed to truly decide if what I was taught all my life was the truth or just a way of life for my parents. I remember a particular night when things were difficult and I was at a crossroads. I could easliy decided to go against what I had been taught when a scripture came into my head. I remember thinking, I have a loving Heavenly Father and He wants me to be happy. He would never give me anything I couldn't handle. Right then, I prayed to know if what I had been taught was true. An incredible peaceful feeling overcame me and I started to cry. I knew that it was true. I needed to be faithful. There have been many more times when I have been brought to my knees in prayer but the true has always been revealed to me.

How I live my faith

I am currently the Bear Leader in the Cub Scout Pack sponsored by the church. Never had the desire to that!I have five brothers and didn't want to help the scouting program. Afterall, I had to go to every Scout activity to support my them. I was always bored! Amazing how things change! I really enjoy it and it forces me to learn a lot of new things. I have also had the pleasure to teach the music to the children in my church. It was the hardest and funnest thing I had ever done but I couldn't have done it without the knowledge that this church is true. I was uncomfortable about doing this at the beginning. Afterall, I love to sing but had never taught others music. It amazing to see how serving others in the church has made me a better person and has always taught me a great lesson. In the community, I am also serving as the Co-President of our PTO and have helped our HOA with our annual Halloween Party.
