Hi I'm Sarah

I grew up in Tennessee. I love to bake and to listen to music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Tennessee. I studied food science in college. I love my family more than anything else in the world. I love spending time with them, just playing games, laughing, and talking. I love to bake and to cook. I also love to listen to music and to hang out with friends. I love to watch movies and just relax. I want to travel the world and meet as many people as I can.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents always took me to church, but I had to come to know for myself. When I was in high school, I decided to find out for myself if I truly had a testimony. I had always gone to church and felt that it was good, but when I finally decided to gain a testimony for myself, my life just got ten gazillion times better. I started reading and pondering the scriptures and my prayers became more heartfelt and sincere. As I was reading and praying, I came to know for myself that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true. Our Father in Heaven loves me and He sacrificed His Beloved Son, Jesus Christ, so that all of us can return to live with Him. Without the knowledge that I can return to live with my Father in Heaven, I don't know where I would be. It means the world to me to know that I have a purpose on this earth and that the way has been prepared for me to live forever with my Heavenly Father and my earthly family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best I can be every day. I love being able to help other people, so I look for ways to serve and help those around me. I am doing my best to draw closer to my Savior through fervent prayer and scripture study, but just like eveyone else, I'm not perfect, so I have my good days and my bad days. But no matter what, I know that my Father in Heaven loves me and wants me to succeed, and I love being able to help others see that, too.
