Hi I'm Angelina

I'm serving a mission in Budapest Hungary, I love life, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, I'm Angelina! I'm currently a college student studying Exercise Science and am realizing how complicated it can be! I love the gospel and have been a member of the church all my life. I grew up in a large family and have learned a lot about responsibility, and how important family is. I was active in high school and love playing sports. Volleyball is my favorite! I also enjoy music and have been playing the piano and violin for many years. Reading is one of my favorite things to do and I love getting caught up in a good book. I love to laugh, and spending time with family and friends is what my life's all about.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church all my life...but like anyone else, I too had to be converted. Just because I was born into the church didn't mean that I had an automatic #10 testimony and never had to work on it. I have had many experiences in my life where my faith was tried and my testimony was strengthened. I've had trials that have helped me come to know Christ and his love for me. I've come to understand that often times challenges and hardships occur and seem too hard to bear...But I know that the Lord gives them to us so that we can be made stronger. Those trials are tailored specifically for our needs and allow us to grow. I know that the Lord knows all things. I'm the type of person who likes to have everything planned out. I like a schedule and knowing all the details of my life and how things are going to work. When things don't go as planned, I kind of freak out! One thing I've had to learn is that, although things in life don't always work out the way I plan them, in the end, the Lord knows what's best and has things work out the way they're supposed to. Although sometimes I feel like my concerns are small and insignificant in the eyes of the Lord, I know that He knows me individually and cares about me...He loves me and will help me no matter how small my problem. He knows my pain and sorrow. He knows everything I go through, and through the Holy Ghost I am comforted. I am so grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ, for his great love and sacrifice and for the infinite and eternal Atonement. I'm so grateful for the ability to repent and be forgiven of my sins. I love my Savior and am grateful for all he's given me.I'm grateful for the Book of Mormon and it's truthfulness. I love my family and am overjoyed at the thought of being able to live with them for eternity. I'm grateful for the Plan of Salvation and all the other blessings the Gospel of Jesus Christ offers. This is the true church and I know it. I love my life, and I love being a Mormon :)

How I live my faith

Right now I have the amazing opportunity to be a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints! I have the opportunity to be a representative of Jesus Christ each day. I'm trying to live in a way that the Lord would be proud, and to live worthy and righteously so that I will not be ashamed when I stand before Him. I know that I'm a daughter of God and am trying to become the person the Lord wants me to be. I enjoy serving others and live my life through example. I am striving each day to come closer to Christ by being more like Him. I want to live my life in such a way that others can come to know Christ through me.
