Hi I'm Jason

I was born in California. I now live in the White mountains of northeastern Arizona. I am a retired Claims Manager. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the son of a farmer, turned Insurance Agent. I grew up in a large family, who worked together to make a living. As a boy, I delivered newspapers. As a youth, I went to work in retail, selling shoes. Then, I sold furniture. I then served in the Military in Vietnam. As I entered the Service, I married a lovely young lady, who waited for me faithfully. We have been married 46 years. We have 6 children and many grandchildren. My career was as an investigator, claims adjuster, and later a Claims Manager. Helping people with their lives has been a lifetime pursuit.

Why I am a Mormon

If we would find God, we must serve His children. It is in service that we see God in the lives of others, and it is where we find God for ourselves. Helping others is very satisfying. There is nothing like helping another, and then finding blessings coming to you as result. Of this principle I am certain. I love working hand and hand with others who are of a like mind. As followers of The Master, we must do as he has done. He has led the way, and every point defines. I love Jesus Christ. He is my loving friend. He is my advocate with The Father. There is no other name under Heaven whereby we must be saved. I am thankful for the blessings received at His hand. I am humbled before Him. Praise be His Holy name.

How I live my faith

We follow the practice of daily scripture study and prayer. This brings faith and unity into our home. We love to visit others, in their homes; to help with whatever we can. We like to serve in the community, to accomplish projects helpful to the good folks where we live. I love to serve in the Boy Scouts of America. Building young men is a very important work. We willingly make an offering of our time, talents and our means to help in the work of The Lord.
