Hi I'm Anne

I live in Arizona, I love people, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the mother of seven wonderful children and the grandmother of nine, with two more on the way. I served a full time mission in Chile from 1974 to 1976. I loved the people of Chile and their beautiful country. I enjoy learning in it's many forms. I especially enjoy reading. I also have enjoyed cooking and baking nutritional foods for my family and others. I enjoy photography, both taking pictures and viewing them. I love nature and enjoy being out in it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon or a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because it is the one Christian church that follows the pattern of the early church of the New Testament. I believe the scripture that says "Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them." (Matthew 7:20) I have lived the teachings of the Church for over forty years and it has brought me peace and happiness. I have also witnessed the lives of many other members of the Church who have chosen to follow Christ and become members of His Church. I have searched the scriptures and have asked in prayer for the witness of the Holy Spirit and have received many witnesses that this is the Church of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping the commandments as set forth in the scriptures and as given by living prophets. I serve others as Jesus set the example. I have held many callings in the Church over the years, in leadership and in teaching. I have tried to raise my children to be honest and upstanding people and citizens of their country. I have served others by helping them with meals when needed, by helping them move and by caring for their children when they needed help. I have tried to live my faith by being forgiving of those who have offended me.
