Hi I'm Kristen

I'm the youngest of 15 children. I love reading, cooking and sewing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Arizona. I'm a true desert rat and love the heat. I enjoy traveling and have been to a number of different places both in the United States and abroad. I'm a wife and the mother of two young boys. They are full of energy and keep me on my toes. I am part of a large family and we are very close. I rely on them to help me through the hard times and also to be there for all the good times. I love to create in a variety of ways and am always trying out new recipes or new craft ideas.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family and was taught the principles of the gospel by my parents. As I lived the things they taught me I came to know for myself that they are true. I know that there is a God in heaven and that He is aware of me and that He loves me. I know there is a plan for each one of us and that the ultimate goal of that plan is to live with God again. I know that we can be with our families forever, and that we are meant to form loving families here on earth to help us along the way. I know that God has not left us alone here, but that he communicates with us individually and also through a living prophet. I truly believe that this is Christ's church, restored to the earth, and that living it's teachings will help me return to live with God again.

How I live my faith

I spent 18 months doing full time missionary work in Texas. I have also helped in my local congregations doings things like teaching the youth, helping people locate their ancestors and work on their family history, organizing activities for the women's organization and participating in service projects.
