Hi I'm Crystal

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 5. I love reading, running, martial arts, camping, pretty much just being out doors. I love sign language.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church. But like everyone, had to convert and gain my own testimony. I have gained my own testimony through trials and through periods in my life where I have chosen not to have the church in my life to much. I have a testimony that this is the true church. That Jesus lives and loves us. I know that he knows each of us personally and what we each need. I know that God puts people in ours lives to help us through. I have chosen not to live the gospel at times in my life, and these are some of the toughest, most unhappy times I have experienced. I continue to try and live the gospel because of the joy it brings, because of the feeling and desire to continue to be a better person throughout my life. I like to continually feel that I am reaching for something good, and the feeling of accomplishment and happiness when I feel like I have learned an important life lesson that my Father in Heaven wants me to learn. Being in the church and having the gospel in my life is a huge blessing. I have a second family around me that I can lean on and pull from no matter where I go.

How I live my faith

I now have a calling in the church where I call a certain number of ladies each month and check on how they are doing. I also do visiting teaching, in which I have two ladies that I am assigned to that I visit and check on each month. Just to make sure they are doing ok, and share a spiritual message.
