Hi I'm Jeremy

I'm a future mechanical engineer. I'm a student. I'm a husband. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am originally from the Orange County area in California. I moved to Arizona to marry my girlfriend of several years. We have been happily married over a year now! I am currently a full time college student with a major in mechanical engineering. I love my major because I have always enjoyed building and designing things! I lived on legos, Star Wars, and Star Trek. My wife thankfully supports me in my major and my other hobbies.

Why I am a Mormon

Let me start by explaining my faith in Jesus Christ. I have faith in my savior Jesus Christ because I believe He is always there for me. He was sent by my Father in heaven for me. I pray as often as I can because I know my Father listens and has given me all that I have. That is the foundation of my belief. Because my Father answers I know The Book of Mormon to be another testament of Jesus Christ. I do believe Jesus Christ is at the head of this church, His church. I am a member of this church also because I believe in the meaning of life that I have been taught. The meaning is that I am here to be tested to choose what is right so I can learn. I am learning to be like my Savior and follow Him like He invited me to do. I love my Savior and I seek to follow Him by being a part of His church. I struggle because I am mortal but I stay as close to Him as I can and trust in Him that things will work out.

How I live my faith

Right now in my area I volunteer as an assistant bear leader in the cub scout program of the Boy Scouts of America. The kids come and go alot quicker than I expected, they grow fast. I get to help them work on activities and teach them good principles to live by. My favorite part is the monthly pack meeting where I get to see them receive their awards they earned in front of their families and everyone involved in the program. They look so excited and I am happy because I know I helped them to learn those things.
